ARE WE HEALTHY?
In which situations do we give advice? When does a person need advice?
Secondary students have been working on HEALTHY HABITS
asking their classmates lots of questions to carry out their own surveys! Not only did they record the results on a bar graph, but also drew some conclusions. They actually realised how important a healthy diet is. In other words, they found that reflecting on "what and how they eat" helped them to be much more "self-conscious". Eating a variety of fruit, vegetables, fish, meat, fibre ... can avoid some eating disorders such as obesity, or some other metabolism and nutrition disorders like anorexia.
They reached to some kind of agreement after several debates on the matter.
As for the discussion on keeping a limit to sugary drinks and candies, it became quite complicated for many of them to agree that it could in many ways worsen their health.
They gave some advice to each other at the end of the project in a class conference.
Since they have discussed on several HEALTH ISSUES they seem to be aware that moderate exercise weekly and a balanced diet are the clue for living better and living longer!!!
